Every ENOUF spatial hardware device undergoes individual biometric sensor calibration, optical finish verification, and anti-static packaging before sealing. Orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Saturday, excluding gazetted holidays).
We provide 100% complimentary express air freight on every order across India. Shipments are handled via top-tier priority logistics partners including Blue Dart Express, Delhivery Air, and DTDC Priority. Typical domestic delivery takes 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
Global orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority with end-to-end telemetry tracking. International deliveries typically conclude within 4 to 7 business days. Any local destination customs duties or statutory tariffs are calculated according to local laws.
The instant your order is scanned at our logistics center, you will receive an encrypted carrier tracking link via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can follow parcel transit milestones in real time up to doorstep delivery.
All ENOUF hardware arrives encased in custom precision-molded foam secured by serialized holographic tamper-evident seals. If the security seal is fractured or package compromised upon carrier arrival, refuse the parcel and contact our Concierge immediately.
Every consignment is 100% insured by ENOUF Studio. In the rare event of transit loss or carrier damage, a new replacement unit is dispatched immediately at zero cost.
We want you to integrate ENOUF spatial hardware into your personal setup with total assurance. You may evaluate any ENOUF physical device for up to 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. If it does not exceed your expectations, you may return it for a complete 100% refund.
Returned hardware should be in gentle evaluation condition without severe cosmetic trauma or unauthorized disassemblies. Please return the device with its original minimal packaging, magnetic charging dock, and included cables.
Returning an item is seamless. Simply email our Concierge at support@enouf.in with your order ID. We will schedule a pre-paid courier to pick up the item directly from your address anywhere in India at zero additional cost.
Following intake verification at our facility (within 48 hours of courier receipt), a 100% refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or NetBanking), appearing within 3 to 5 business days.
Every ENOUF physical device includes 1 full year (365 days) of comprehensive manufacturer warranty coverage from delivery. This covers all internal microcontrollers, biometric sensors, Bluetooth 5.3 radios, wireless charging coils, and tactile switches against manufacturing defects. If an issue occurs, we immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement unit.
Privacy is engineered into every product we design. ENOUF Studio (enouf.in) operates with an unwavering commitment: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data, biometric metrics, or browsing telemetry with any advertising broker, network, or data broker. Ever.
Biometric telemetry generated by ENOUF hardware (such as smart sensor ring vitals or tactile macro telemetry) is calculated and encrypted directly on the hardware. We do not upload personal biometric streams to public cloud servers.
All checkouts are encrypted with 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol and processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways. ENOUF servers never touch or store your credit card numbers or UPI credentials.
We only collect the essential details needed to fulfill your order and keep you informed: Name, delivery address, email, and phone number for carrier delivery telemetry.
You own your digital footprint. You can request a complete export or permanent deletion of your customer record at any time by emailing support@enouf.in.

To ensure authentic hardware distribution and protect against scalper bots or unauthorized reselling, ENOUF reserves the right to review, limit, or cancel orders that exhibit suspicious bulk purchasing patterns. In such cases, full refunds are issued immediately.
In no event shall ENOUF Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from hardware usage beyond the total purchase price paid. These terms are governed under the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
